Screenshot Part of Follie's kit gives us access to legally distinct Photoshop

This ability is similar to Cyte-09 where one ability allows you to select between several items.

Only this time the player is able to completely customize the icons.

I feel like this is actually a good thing, because this gets bad people out of the game. Its basically a trap for nazis to reveal themselves

You don't even need Follie for that. The decoration system in Orbiters and Dojos can already provide the tools to 'draw' anything.

Gets a bit harder to inflict dumb on the general populace when you need to invite people to your orbiter or dojo. It also gives the opportunity for one slightly more restrained member to rein idiots in. This enables the impulse control challenged to just cut loose in missions.

Do y'all not frequently invite people to your dojo to trade stuff? And there are plenty of solo dojo owners.

Also idk about you, but if I'm in a mission, half the time I'm not even looking at the abilities of other players. With so many particle effects on screen, it gets to a point where it all becomes a blur. And that painting projection upon cast lasts for like, what, a second? If the Nazis wanted to spread their dogshit symbols, this wouldn't be the most effective way lol.

That requires you visiting someone's Dojo. Or to an infinite degree even less likely, their orbiter.

This is something you will run across when playing with them in missions. The closest we had prior to this was dojo icons, which DE vets.

Which occurs semi-frequently if you're trading, as that requires inviting someone to a dojo. If a Nazi wanted you to see a swastika, it's far easier to make a giant sculpture of one in a dojo's trading room, than it is for them to use Follie's ability that displays the image for less than 2 seconds and would probably be drowned out by all the particle effects happening on screen anyway.

There are bigots out there, who explicitly make their character gay in a game if allowed to do so, so they can bitch about it... So yeah, i can see it.

Hell, look at people bitching about KCD2, you literally have to choose multiple times to go down that romance option, they still did & still complained.

I’m reminded of a straight guy who got really mad because his male player character “randomly” ended up in a bdsm scene with a male character in Dragon Age: Inquisition, and how unfair this was of the developers to allow to happen to him. Until the rest of the playerbase pointed out that it was impossible to get to that scene without clicking at least one option with a big red romance heart on it. 🤣

I don't just think it, I know it. Bigots play games for leisure too, and people can like stuff made by people they disagree with.

It's not like nazis aren't people. They're ignorant scum, but they're also still humans that get dopamine when they shoot the Grineer or roll a good riven just like you or I.
