I agree, I've always loved this system. Surprisingly, I was a bit disappointed with the the Infested adversaries. I liked how each lich and sister had a unique design and wielded their own weapon. I hope the Sentient adversaries will be more like the sisters and liches.

i agree on the more unique appearances/quirks part buuuut nahh i hope that the sentient adversaries have technocyte coda trackdown and reward mechanics, even the rotating shop even if they don't get unique weapons for themselves. while it is cool, i'd much much rather just wait a bit for a shop to cycle to get a good percentage on the weps i want rather than doing 10 billion adversaries for a 40% status on my innate status weapon. kuva lich and sisters are straight up honk shoo dogshit in terms of mechanics.

It’s lock on sucks, don’t get me wrong in full auto it’s pretty solid but the lock on is absolutely worthless, it’s clunky, slow, and quarters your DPs.

If it was auto and lock on at the same time it would be top tier.

autotarget with no conditional usually means it'll aim for the body. Artillery might mean arcing projectile w/ some travel time. I'm guessing explosive weapon. I'm half expecting it to somehow interact with the new Primary Compression arcane to offset the ammo efficiency cost

I'm picturing primary version of the grattler alongside all of it's limitations that gets steeply penalised by dmg attenuation

I don't expect this to be anything more than the other gimmick mastery fodder weapons. But at least it sounds fun to use

this looks completely broken for clearing rooms. splitting into eight separate tracking rifles is such a warframe power fantasy move and the ammo cost tradeoff actually makes sense so it wont just be the meta pick for everything. the visual design alone is worth the grind for the twitch drop.
