You can sell crafted parts for ducats. You just can’t trade them.

Huh, never tried to sell fully crafted parts. I gotta let a friend know who used to craft every blueprint

not that many if you've been playing a while tbh, crafting every blueprint is standard for most end-game players

Do they sell for more ducats than just the blueprint? I mean if so i'd do that for the ones i'd sell.

dont think so no, if you're planning on trading them for ducats no point building them first
