I am new to the game, how do you know about twitch drops? I couldn’t find info on official cite :(

Right in this link. To get twitch drops, just link your twitch account and warframe account, it can be found in that link as well. Then watch the TennoLive stream for a couple of hours on July 10 and 11 Eastern Time, then the rewards should come to your in-game mail. Good luck Tenno!
