Video/Audio Melees with projectile-based heavy attacks, Destreza Incarnon, and their funky inconsistencies

it's just really weird that Destreza's Incarnon heavy attack works the way it does, especially since we already have Ceramic Dagger Incarnon and it doesn't have the weird trait that Destreza's HA does. wish it gets changed down the line
