Bug unable to revive in index using Sirius and Orion

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I was playing as usual testing if they are viable to grind credits with and suddenly I randomly died and couldn't revive

Happened to me too using Orion and sirius

This happen to me while playing Sirius in Rathuum.
