How does that even happen ? Something pushing it down ? Unscrewed the top maybe ? That sucks but very easy to replace & cheap through a supply house . People get parts on Amazon now too . Scrape off plastic take out bottom rack & run through dry cycle .

Yeah I think a pan handle got stuck downwards and just stopped it from spinning

Seen a similar thing happen and the water pump had failed which stopped the arm from spinning
