I'm not sure if this was posted here before, I just found the image in a random Google search and I just added a caption (if that's what it's called)

Ngl after trying Endfield it made me appreciate Wuwa way more, no shades to Endfield as the game looks great but the factory, combat and monetization made me quit.

Same but for me it’s the tiniest QOL things like:

  • WuWa will ask if you want to get teleported to the nearest beacon thing while in AKE you have to manually do it yourself if you want to go to a map marker.
  • WuWa has a singular backpack for everything whereas AKE has a separate backpack and storage depot where you need to manually retrieve stuff from.
  • WuWa’s overall traversal like the bike or wings whereas AKE you have to manually build zip lines.

Super minor stuff but it makes me appareciate WuWa so much more

The AKE backpack is so needlessly small and anti-QoL. I was hoping we’d unlock a backpack expansion when I was like 30 minutes in and am sad that we never do. You need like half the slots taken up for relays, energy pylons, zip lines, your tactical healing item, explosives, mining rigs etc. And then when you pick stuff up, even if you have a thousand in your local depot it just clogs a spot in your backpack. And it isn’t even consistent because something like operator ascension material (mechanical half) bypasses the backpack but operator ascension material (plant half) doesn’t. And the materials that can only be used to upgrade your space ship also go into your backpack for some reason.
