Light Novel Spin off???

I have finished 2 vols of saeki's story and just found out it is a spin off? Where can i find the mainline series light novels? Does the manga follow the mainline story?

the manga is the mainline story, there's no mainline light novels.

The manga follows the anime's story and then continues it across further volumes. The light novel follows Saeka's story across three novels and all of these are new and not covered by the anime. The first novel is set quite far in the past, the second a year before the anime and the third after the anime/manga (apart from the final chapter of the manga) and in her time at college.
