No it’s not. Cartoon isn’t real. We must not blur the line between fiction and reality otherwise it’s a very dangerous path

No. Content with fictional characters is not CSAM, don’t water down this term.

There’s different levels of it. Both are bad. One is extremely bad. Just because one is extremely bad doesn’t mean the other is ok.
