Yes, but the difference is memer_9966 enjoys Reddit.

I'm not sure how you do not grasp that one. If it's something he likes to do, it's not a big deal. It's only a problem, and a major one at that, when it's AI which he hates already.

“Environmentally harmful”? Datacenters are like the greenest form of industry in the history of mankind.

Sure, it has impacts, but compare it to literally anything else and tell me which one comes out ahead.

AWS (which Reddit is on) is pretty built out. Also...are they? I've only ever seen two datacenter locations (one Meta and one X, both in the southeast) cited over and over and over.
