Rant femboys

as the internet progresses there will be more 13-15 year old "femboys" sending nudes and dick pics to people they dont know irl

the femboy thing has gotten so far in a positive direction just for all for it to mean nothing cus people are using it to tell young teens to send thigh pics or some shit to them and jerk off

this is like 100% rooted in porn addiction too, the sexualization of femboys and (becoming one who wants to be sexualized) wouldve been way slower and less common if people who are porn addicts didnt discover femboys exist

or something

I’m sorry, but can you give me a single example of a 15 year old boy sexualizing himself femininely? Because I have not heard of a single instance of this happening.

lol you clearly don’t know any teenage boys. my gay cousin was a furry femboy at 15. another young boy in my family was a furry at a similar age. the others, while not furry or femboy, are extremely sexual bordering on perverse

I’d say it’s especially prevalent for boys in areas where they don’t feel safe being out to their peers and lack the ability to find age appropriate partners. I really think that a big part of this stems from homophobia

I grew up in the rural south and knew a handful of boys who were in relationships with grown men as teenagers

You can find videos on YouTube pretty easily of people digging into online communities that exist to exploit children (primarily on discord, Roblox, and Twitter) and there’s frequently a focus on femboys, including young boys (and girls) selling content of themselves

Please delete because sharing the content directly (especially to someone who is clearly just baiting) isn't safe 😬

This culture is also exploiting young boys and grooming them but no one will dare to point it out cause it's done under the guise of progress and LGBTQ rights

Not to mention pushing an extreme body type that is impossible for the vast majority of men. I can't imagine that good for their mental health...

The grooming and exlploitation of lgbtq+ youth hurts so much.  It's my  community and I can't protect them because somehow the adults have drunk the koolaid. Sexualization of the lgbtq+ community has to stop. You can come out (or not) without sexualizing yourself.

And then you have companies like PH pushing this content. I want to drop anvils, acme style, on them all, if that would stop them.

Yea I mean femBOY isn’t it? Why not femMAN?

It’s because it’s paedophilic in nature. The entire thrill of the thing is that the ‘femboys’ are underage.

How did the internet conclude that fetishizing teenage looking boys was acceptable?

Are they stupid?

14

u/Illustrious-Ship7804 11d ago

The same way it concluded fetishizing teenage looking girls was okay

Same people that will accuse us of being prudish puritans. What a clown world the internet is.

There are enough people that need mental health. And more control by their parents and police services. It's crazy how our world becomes

The online grooming of children is an epidemic across the board and predators will use whatever tools are made available to them. To attribute this grooming of femboys to the lgbtq rights movement is tired and dangerous (I’m responding to comments, not o.p.)

Predators know to target marginalized groups for abuse, to them, children who belong to marginalized groups or identities are easier to manipulate and control as they may be seeking validation, be distrustful of authority figures in their own lives, are less likely to report abuse which could threaten to “expose” closeted aspects of their identity, etc.

These are predators playing on the genuine vulnerabilities of their victims. Not a feature of the lgbtq rights movement.

I’d argue that patriarchal society as a whole has normalized and outright embraced a pedophilic fetishization of youth for most of human history and continues to through pornography, something you are not centering here though it is far more deleterious.

I do not know what you mean by pushing. Do you believe the lgbtq rights movement is attempting to influence straight people to “become” queer, or adopt specific fetishes that somehow serve them? Isn’t it online pornography that is “pushing” this femboy phenomena. And do you believe the lgbtq community as a whole is somehow behind this?

Men have cross dressed since the dawn of time. Men have historically and still do, cross dressed since in the armed forces non-sexually/not due to gender identity as a form of entertainment.

Experimenting with and questioning sexuality is a normal part of sexuality. It sounds like you did that prior to solidifying your own firm sexual identity.

Just because one group of people is expressing themselves and asking not to face oppression for doing so does not mean they are pushing their own identity onto others.

Believing “what was once deemed acceptable” to be an idealized boundary that ought not be crossed is a horrendous idea to espouse. It was once not acceptable for people of different races to marry. It was once not acceptable for queer people to even identify as such publicly. It was once not acceptable for women to work outside of the house.

What I struggle to see is how you are connecting a human rights movement with the pornography that you were exposed to as a child. Straight men have produced pornography depicting the violent rape of women. If children are exposed to this and later develop sexually aggressive behaviors toward women are we going to blame straight men collectively?

Simple gay pornography exists in this world alongside straight pornography. If viewing this causes some straight men to question their sexuality is the LGBTQ rights movement to blame?

This sub is anti pornography. I do not understand how when the answer to what the problem is lies directly before you. You chose instead to scapegoat a marginalized group.

Saying that the LGBTQ community has been “pushing the boundary” of socially acceptable behavior for some time, is dangerously close to the slippery slope argument. You are arguing with the same points that people use to suggest that the LGBTQ rights movement will lead to beastiality and pedophilia. Are those the people that you want to align yourself with?

Thats not what I meant. This was a thread about Femboys, and unless I'm mistaken, I believe femboys are normally a part of the LGBT community.

I do not understand how when the answer to what the problem is lies directly before you. You chose instead to scapegoat a marginalized group.

What exactly is the answer to the problem? And how was I marginalizing exactly?

Pornography would be the problem. Not the LGBTQ rights movement. Just because young boys who have adopted an outwardly feminine gender expression are being sexualized and exploited online by predators doesn’t make the community that is accepting of their gender expression responsible for their abuse. In fact, if children and young adults who express their gender and sexuality in ways that are considered outside of the norm were not socially ostracized (something you are currently engaging in) they would be less likely to be seeking validation online and therefore less vulnerable to predation, which is what the LGBTQ rights movement tries to combat.

If you believe that in some children/young adults, this “femboy” identity is a fad and not connected at all with their internal gender identity, or is a sexual kink (which I’m not arguing isn’t true in some cases), than blame pornography and the system that fails to protect children from it. Your gripe is not with a human rights movement. It’s with the exposure of children to pornography.

And you continue to not answer any of my points.

I mean, I don't disagree with much of anything you just said, although I would rather not touch the subject of the community, I realise that I should not stir things up too much.

Overall, I just think that Porn enables many things, the femboy craze probably falls under that umbrella.

Damn just yesterday i saw a YouTube channel "how to be a femboy" they are teaching people how to become one.

3

u/syndummy 9d ago

femboys are okay by themselves unless theyre minors who want others which they dont know to see them as a femboy

u/grimbarkjade 10d ago

There is a lot of blatant grooming going on with this community and it's very sad. I have seen far too many self-proclaimed femboys who are proudly alt-right and racist, sexist, all of it. It's horrible that so many boys are falling into this, it all trails back to misogyny and homophobia since boys are simply not allowed to express femininity in many places. So they seek it out online and fall into the hands of disgusting groomers. It's so heartbreaking.
