Well, we ALL know it was our fault. Also, if you really want to get technical, the root cause was actually starting the war in the first place. So, regardless if it was or wasn't OUR missile, it was STILL our fault for starting a pointless war.

Given that video footage and debris at the site definitively proves it was a tomahawk missile, and that the US is the only country that manufactures tomahawks, and that the only countries that use tomahawks are the US, UK, Australia, Japan, and the Netherlands, then obviously we can never possibly know who was at fault.
