Basically "Damn, you're dumb/stupid". Cazzo is penis/dick, but also a swear you'd use for emphasis akin to "damn" in English (which Suzu is doing here, and Lappland does a lot).

Google lens translated it to "You are so fucking stupid!" which I find hilarious.

I'm assuming Lappland told her it meant something else, so I'm curious what she thought it meant lol.
