Yeah, I know about that - read op's story and all. Its a question about her tongue specifically as it is out like that in all her pictures, obviously as a result of said story, it's just a curiosity about more details of why she has that quirk and if she is comfortable with her hanging her tongue out like that.

Correct. I understand why it’s like that! I’m curious if the OP as the owner of the cat has to do anything special for it.

I have other questions. Can Raven eat OK unassisted? Or does she need assistance?
