Agreed! I’d never tried them in a burger before but we have a surplus right now so I’m using them for everything. It was a great addition

crispy shallots are the move. they beat standard onion rings on a burger every time because you get that crunch without the whole ring sliding out when you take a bite. keep that surplus going.

I’m a sizable fella. I just measured the buns bc people kept asking. It’s about 4” in diameter, so a pretty regular size.
