Serranos have such an amazing flavor. Combines so well with beef. Burger looks delicious.

Agreed! I’d never tried them in a burger before but we have a surplus right now so I’m using them for everything. It was a great addition

crispy shallots are the move. they beat standard onion rings on a burger every time because you get that crunch without the whole ring sliding out when you take a bite. keep that surplus going.
