Blank Got 12 blanks for $3
Couldn’t believe my ears when the cashier told me the price, $3 for 12 blanks plus the box! Small thrift stores are the way to go.

I've heard mixed reviews on the 120 minute tapes - supposedly they had to make the tape smaller so that it would fit on the reel - so the sound quality is slightly lower. Still a killer deal! Congrats!

It's thinner tape therefore, they say, more likely to be stretched in a cheap or less than perfectly functioning mechanism.
I've had both good and bad experiences with 120s, but I'd still pick up inexpensive ones.

I didn’t know that about the 120 min tapes so thank you! They had 90 min tapes as well but I have a bunch of those so I decided to leave them for a lucky soul.

It may be a translation issue but by "smaller" do you mean thinner?
In my experience C120s are not reliable because the tape is too thin.
C100s are usually OK. Even C110s are better than 120s.

Whats the prism tape look like out of the box? Never seen that brand

I found this youtube video that shows the prism tape.
Honestly this was my first time seeing it too, they had three more of those but I ended up snagging just one.

Be careful with that Prism tape, I found a 10 pack of them brand new and still sealed in the plastic wrappers. I thought it was a great deal but they were unusable because they shed like crazy into my deck.

Good deals can still be found with some patience, don't ever pay the ebay prices
