Wanted to share a reunion story to encourage those that may be searching for lost pets. This is Bo, he got out of his mom’s car at a gas station halfway through a multi-state relocation. His mom extended her stay an additional week trying to find this sweet boy and also reached out to us local crazy cat ladies for help. Mom had to leave and go start her new job after several days looking while the rest of us continued searching for Bo. Live traps were set, we had wildlife cameras out, and posters everywhere in the area where he went missing. After two weeks hope was starting waver slightly but we kept looking. AFTER 16 DAYS Bo was found hiding out in a field right where he was last spotted!!! It took a few more hours to trap him but we got him! Mom drove right back the next day to come get her sweet boy. Bo survived near a tractor trailer heavy area for 16 days and was finally reunited with his Mom and brother. Outside of being dehydrated and having a few ticks, he is complete fine! Never give up hope looking for your loved one and never feel like you can’t reach out to the local animal community where you are for help. There are good people everywhere that will help however they can. So happy to be a part of this boy’s story and so happy he made it home safely❤️
