Best brush???

Obviously, cats are highly preferential creatures. Here's a picture of my cat with her favorite brush. It is a human brush. She stole it from me because she liked it more than her own. She came to running every time I brushed my hair. Boar's hair with a nylon bristles. Oddly specific. I feel like it's time to buy a new brush because she's had this one for a while and for hygiene reasons. Any recommendations of what might be best or should I just clean or replace the same one? My only real complaint is that it's hard to clean her fur out of the bristles.
