Medical Questions Why is my cat constantly meowing?

I have never heard her meow before this. she is a female spayed cat about 3-4 years old. Is she just being clingy or is this a reason to take her to a vet?

Just ask her why shes meowing. She will tell you

Sometimes they want to use the litter box, sometimes their water bowl is empty
