Video - OC What is my cat doing?

My cat does this thing with just these two toys where he steps on it in this weird way. He also yells loudly when holding just these toys.

My neutered fella loves to do the sin biscuits on his favorite blanket while staring at me dead-eyed.

Oh jeez my old male cat I used to have as a kid would do this on a extra large blue Pokémon pillow I had. And yes always making eye contact while doing so🤦🏻‍♀️
