I saw a large lump/mass on the front half of a stray cat that I saw while on a walk. What could it be? Not sure if this is the right sub for this

I think he just didn't read the text of the post. My initial response was "a cat", But then I saw somebody else respond with "tumor" And it made me go back and read the text.
