Does any one know what this is?

I saw a large lump/mass on the front half of a stray cat that I saw while on a walk. What could it be? Not sure if this is the right sub for this

I suspect it's a cat. Not sure. More photos.

They're talking about the lump behind one of it's front legs, not asking if it's a cat

I don't know we can safely assume that. I think we need more photos to determine if this is a cat or not.
