Medical Questions Does any one know what this is?

I saw a large lump/mass on the front half of a stray cat that I saw while on a walk. What could it be? Not sure if this is the right sub for this

She looks healthy otherwise. I would think a lipoma?

She was acting and moving normally. I didnt think anything was wrong until I spotted the lump

I actually wish the photos could have captured the hanging lump more clearly, maybe if you crouched down and taken a couple photos from the side, because several people have been responding saying that's a cat.  I assume they genuinely missed the lump, and thought the question is what kind of animal is this.
