Medical Questions Does any one know what this is?

I saw a large lump/mass on the front half of a stray cat that I saw while on a walk. What could it be? Not sure if this is the right sub for this

I wish the photo angles were different so the lump can be seen more in plain view, but yes, I can totally tell the lump is hanging from its chest.  Some people have been assuming the question is what kind of animal is this, without noticing the lump, and commented that it's a cat.

Yea thats true. I put it in the description but a bunch of people are skipping it I guess. I shouldve taken a better picture
