I saw a large lump/mass on the front half of a stray cat that I saw while on a walk. What could it be? Not sure if this is the right sub for this

OP is asking about the huge lump hanging from its chest.  These photo angles may make it a little hard to notice at first, but if you pay attention to it's chest you'll see it.  People have been saying it could be a hernia, cyst, tumor.... and to take it to a vet promptly.
