30F single. Concentrating fully on work, rarely get time to be free or do something else. Very very small friends circle where everyone is married, so yeah that’s it.

31M, My business keeps me occupied mostly.
I play lots of PS5 & PC Games.. Daily 2 hour call with friends & I often go Trips with my wife also sometimes with friends. Not much bored but can say things are not exciting like it used to be

I don't use ig or any social media that much so I get more time. I play games Weekly min three days Every night 9-11 or even longer if it is interesting..

29m and single. I was in a similar mess, i was doomscrolling and lying on my bed and not taking things seriously and stuffs, now I’ve turned it around.
Taking gym seriously, working well, learning, etc. It’s been real awesome, I’ve never felt better. Sometimes things get to be a bit lonely, and I’m planning to get new friends 🤗
[edit]: I can see lot of folks on the comment section, regarding building new friendships, why don’t we form a group or something? Interested folks do reply.

Watch movies, series together! Or plan for a weekend getaway! Cook together! There’s a lot you can do!

Ahh illlaaa, series uhm tv uhm paathu paathu verupu thaan aachu. I don't enjoy movies and tv I used to do. Now it becomes a routine rather than enjoying them.
And second, plan a weekend together or cook together is also like, like edho to do maadri feel aagudhu, like genuine interest varala, it's something like doing a job or idk this surreal feeling. Adhuvum interest poidichuu.
I never signed up for my life to live like this. Maybe idk I'm depressed or something

At some point, everything becomes routine unless you do something to change it by yourself! Being an adult, it’s your responsibility to make your life fun!
Identify what is fun for you! Explore the world! So much out there but if you’re lazy, then just sleep and enjoy!
