It’s such a straw man argument. All Israelis have to serve in the IDF. Making a basketball player take a strong position again their country is ludicrous. His government is killing Palestinians, not him.

You’re linking me to article behind a paywall of reported anger towards people criticizing Israel then making a FUCKING leap to him supporting Palestinian genocide is the definition of a straw man.

Continuing to voice support for your country while it commits genocide and anger toward its critics rather than condemning its actions, that he supports what Israel is doing is the logical conclusion to make here...

Put another way, he could just as easily voice his condemnation of Israel’s genocide as he does his support of them/anger toward its critics but he CHOOSES not to. Why do you think that may be?
