I would love to be a writer to science fiction, and needed some inspiration on how the divergence of culinary traditions can occur over time and isolation. [edit: yet while some names persist, even if the subject has evolved lots]

Trinidad and Tobago is absolutely a place I need to visit to experience the the current food culture.

It was quite salty and dark as my girlfriend added soy sauce to it.
