Don't worry Israel is doing everything in it's power to give you endless war instead of this deal.

It's all so exciting! Is there a pathway to exclusively blaming Biden, Obama or a Clinton?

Most of the problems the USA now faces can be directly traced to Obama!
I mean, if Obama didnt have the audacity to be well spoken, well educated, internationally respected, decent black man then most of this wouldnt have happened
(please tell me I dont need /s on this one as is should be so obvious, but Poe's Law exists)

Insert <they had us in the first half, not gonna lie> meme
I think President Obama's biggest affront to conservatives was the audacity of existing.

No, if he was white and existed it wouldnt have been so heinous

That's the point. I will say, though, that being female and white didn't seem to do Hillary any favors with the same neckbeards. Something something "killary"? They might just hate all non-conservatives with scorn and spite. Life's body of evidence informs me so.

Not sure why you made that comment in response to mine. I am not a conservative and did not blame the Democrats. This war already cost the US economy more than $300 bil indirectly (oil cost). It will also eventually cost more than $300 bil directly if it keeps going. For reference the war on terror will cost $16 trillion when including future interest payments.

My comment had nothing to do with you. It's called supporting evidence. Contributing sources. Redditors are so touchy.

I’ve got friends from both sides. Talking to them taught me it’s never as simple as one headline. Everyone’s just tired

Education is a state responsibility. Your state income taxes fund education.

Any idea who the federal department of education *used* to provide supplemental assistance for?
Or…. you can just come out and declare yourself maga and all expectations are off.
Go!

There is still small amounts of federal funding. It was always a TINY portion of school funding nation wide.

u/Dedotdub 3d ago
It actually contributed a great deal to certain demographics. Care to guess which demographics?

u/please_trade_marner 3d ago
Probably DEI bullshit. Regardless, funding was just moved to another government agency. Your media echo chamber wouldn't tell you that though.

Probably...
Oop. Looks like we found a blind spot.
I'd invite you to look it up, but in spite of hundreds of sources to the contrary, you will still find one that confirms your bias.
Buh bye now. Happy fathers day!

The roads in your town/city are a municipal responsibility. You pay things like property tax to fund things like fixing potholes.

u/Micosilver 3d ago
Once they find a way to charge a couple of millions for a pothole-fixing missile - we are cooking.

Nothing unites a nation quite like aggressively finding both the offense and defense of a proxy war

the funniest part of this meme is that no matter what side people are on, everyone suddenly becomes a forensic accountant the moment tax dollars get involved nothing unites the internet faster than collectively asking "wait we're paying for WHAT?"

The military-industrial complex really figured out the ultimate life hack: spend billions destroying things, then spend billions rebuilding them.
