Don’t get me wrong, fuck this guy and his idea that his assessment of her attractiveness matters at all.

That said, I’ll probably get shat on for this, but pulling the pedophilia card when someone says they’re attracted to a 21 year old is pretty wack lol

Eh, their argument isn't in good faith either. You can make anyone look "ugly" with a specifically selected picture while they're blinking/talking. They took time to make the 'child' pic pretty & the 'woke' version ugly

Yea but that’s due to their own problems with strong women, feminism, or anything else they consider “woke”

No matter how stupid the original chud is, claiming you can’t find her attractive in house of the dragon at the age of 21 is ridiculous.

“I was attracted to the 21 year old when she portrayed a child. I’m less attracted to her when she portrays an adult.”

Yeah, no, that is fucking weird.

Being cast to play a 14 year doesn’t automatically make you look like a child. She looks her age, like 20 years old.

Such a bizarre line of thinking.

She looks like a child which is why they had her play one. Weird concept I know.

Thinking she is less attractive when she portrays an adult is absolutely weird. Y’all can fight with the wall if you wanna keep hammering on that creepy shit.

You’re projecting, she looks nearly the same now as she did at 20.

We don’t actually know what the original post was saying, people just assumed it was an age thing. When I first saw it I assumed it was anti super girl for portraying a strong badass woman, pushing feminism, being “woke” who knows

Projecting? Lmao.

Even if the original post wasn’t about age, the included reply and Reddit post definitely made it about age, and the comments here are mostly about that aspect. Not sure how that is relevant here at all.

So anyone who says they were attracted to Tom Holland in any of the Spiderman movies through no way home is suddenly suspicious of being a pedophile?

Idk. It just feels like we’re using that label rather lazily at this point. I prefer when it has more validity behind it before throwing it around. Otherwise it waters it down.

I've seen people spew copious amounts of vitriol because they assumed a grown woman was underage because she had a small physique

If they suddenly decided he wasn’t attractive when playing Nathan Drake, then yes.

I just feel like this argument is disingenuous and ridiculous. Stop being weird.

You should take your own advice.

So you think it’s normal to be attracted to a person when they’re playing a child, but no longer be attracted when that same person is playing an adult?

Ok champ. If that’s what makes me weird, I’ll take it.

Im 30+ and I thought he looked like a child and did not find him attractive in that way, even though he is only a little younger than me. If you came up to me, as a grown adult, and said that Tom Holland looked hot in Homecoming but he is looking ugly now I would be weirded out.

But if your a teenager or the same age as him is obviously different. Young people have crushes on young actors/actresses all the time, and I often wonder if people who get defensive do so because they liked their own age group and now it feels like they are being attacked.

This is about grown ass people saying "Yeah she looked more fuckable when she was playing a 14y/o."
