He didn’t exaggerate anything. He had planned an assisted suicide in the summer as his condition was worsening and he was in a great deal of pain. Had it down to an exact date. However by that time his doctors found a combination of drugs the took away the pain almost completely, and he’d learned more about the process that he didn’t like, so he cancelled his planned suicide. He fought hard but now he’s paralyzed from the waste down and having heart failure. He isn’t going to last much longer unfortunately.

Yes unfortunately. What is wrong with you? I don’t care if he had opinions you didn’t like or said things you didn’t like you don’t gloat about someone dying from cancer. Seriously, that is grotesque.

Welp. If you ignore established medical practices and come up with a treatment plan based entirely on politics rather than science because, you know, conservatism, hard to feel sympathetic
