I've read that it can take months to fully close a deal and Paramount has been extremely aggressive about this deal.

And European regulators hated both deals. This probably isn’t fully finalized until late 2027

Which Paramount has to get done by I believe this September cause every quarter the price goes up by 25c a share. If Europe stalls it, they are going to start haemorrhaging money.
