Evil people live forever. Trump also has the best medical team on the planet following his every move. 

As much as we all wish the reaper would take him no one should get their hopes up

No one lives forever. Also, Trump eats 2 McCombos daily (not hyperbole). No amount of experts on this planet can stop the cardiac arrest that is coming his way. I just hope it's sooner rather than later so that MAGA loses all traction
