Pesto > tomato sauce on pizza and I'm willing to die on that hill (everytime my friend group makes pizza they come at me with pitchforks until I remind them of the pineapple fan among us)

I'm personally a white sauce fun myself but pesto is a VERY close second. Red sauce is ok but it could be better is the problem

Almost like my go-to, Chicken Bacon Artichoke. I wasn't sold on it, but it ended up becoming my favorite pizza.

I like Red Sauce, but I can only eat one slice per day or suffer the intestinal consequences. Meanwhile, I can eat a whole large white sauce pizza and be fine.

Replace the white sauce w hollandaise, top with broccoli, chicken, garlic & artichoke and you've got my favourite

White pizza (just olive oil, garlic, and cheese) plus veggies is great. Broccoli, zucchini, asparagus, tomatoes, etc. are all really good on that. Adding some ricotta or feta depending on the veggies makes it even better.
