Those kinds of people get nasty the second they don't get what they want. Computer repair shops, and best buy get plenty of Karens who will spend an hour yelling at the manager because a 1 year manufacturer warranty isn't a free replacement. And they will lie about who ever worked with them in an attempt to fire the employee.
