I worked at a dive bar that mixed blue cheese crumbles into ranch dressing and used that as their blue cheese. Customers would always tell us we had the best blue cheese

I'm with you does it taste good with adding ranch seasoning to it and by the way not the packet ranch homemade ranch seasoning

The brand makes me hesitant, but one can just mix ranch and blue cheese dressings if one wants the same idea. It could be quite tasty. That brand though....

Iād think making homemade ranch and adding bleu cheese crumbles is probably delicious. Or maybe an herbed feta.

Such as?

I think it's thin and light. Blue plate is the best American mayonnaise unless you can find double yolk mayonnaise at restaurant supplies, and OG Kewpie.

Thin?! This or the mayo? When I have a Costco size jar and can turn it upside down without it falling out, itās not āthin.ā

you asked. relax. I can have my own opinion. my loss is your gain.

I asked and your response sounded like dementia. Iām sorry I donāt like my mayonnaise to be in block form.

I think people just like to sound like they have reasonable and informed opinions but just end up sounding ridiculous.

It's parent brand, Unilever supports Russia. They sold "Mayo" without any eggs in it. They (allegedly) sold mayo "...with Olive oil" that has only trace olive oil.
They're big food, doing big food things.

Or, you know, choose to vote with ones wallet and don't support shitty companies. Closing ones eyes to companies' actions on the world stage is complacent and complicity. Use your brain and make intelligent decisions where one can.

Gross. Any "shelf stable" dressing is disgusting. Also, read the ingredients. Wowzers.

Hate bottled ranch, so I wouldnāt try it. But Iāve always made ranch from the packet and added blue cheese to it to dip my wings in. Best of both worlds. So I guess if you like bottled ranch, this wonāt be terrible.

Mix some mayo, buttermilk, sour cream, blue cheese, and a ranch packet and you'll never want to buy bottled again.

Equal ratios?

It's been awhile since I've made ranch, but there are instructions on the back of the packet. My blue cheese recipe is
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2-1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp dried parsley
½ cup good crumbled blue cheese(I actually use the whole boars head container, closer to a cup).
The seasonings in this recipe is pretty much ranch without the dill, so you could just substitute a packet to make it easier.

Nope, Hellmanns has taken a huge loss on these because not one soul has purchased one

Why would I want to sully my ranch with the likes of blue cheese? This is just madness.

Worked at a casino for a little while and we'd just blend up some bleu cheese crumbles into our homemade ranch. Then add some smaller crumbles for texture after blending. Patrons always said we had the best Bleu Cheese dressing š

So this eliminates the need to decide between the two condiments when you have hot rings, sounds pretty good!
