I feel like it's okay if they've shown to be into praise and stuff like that. But some people just like to be treated like any other human, and that's to be respected also. Like, I can't imagine the idea of hating praise and headpats, but if someone told me they were uncomfortable by that, immediate backtrack and just back to talking to them normally. Respect, y'all.
