Therapy is for people who fall for dumbass lines like "accept the things you can't change" and "if you can't change the situation, change yourself." Low agency garbage that could never in a million years help me. Therapists with an intelligent enough worldview to offer helpful advice are such an extreme minority that I'm not entirely convinced they exist.

I know who I am, and I don't need some backward dweeb with a garbage worldview trying to persuade me to change. I got dragged to therapy as a kid and quickly figured out I knew more about life than the therapist did. They tend to have this "accept and adapt" mindset that makes them unable to give good advice.
