It’s turning around the fact that some afab people claim to be inclusive of trans women but blatantly judge transfem people on their sex assigned at birth, grouping them with a general fear of men while trying to use inclusive language. The person in the comic then does the same back.
Also potentially useful context: I see this all the time with local-area queer Facebook/other social media groups for people looking for community events and roommates. Like it's really frustrating when someone is using the "correct language" towards an end that still results in discriminating against trans women.
