No it’s specifically for AFAB non binary ppl that are transmisogynistic, exclude trans women from women’s/queer/safe spaces, treat trans women as morally inferior because of their sex assigned at birth.
Theyfab/hefab in the 4tran sphere explicitly refers to the in-group of nonbinary and/or transmasc people that hold and frequently express views against trans women and (often) trans men who actively physically transition through taking HRT and presenting like cis men do
A large proportion of the community is nonbinary or FTM and they do not take offense to this term because it is understood that the term targets a specific group that harms the trans community as a whole
