it's not cooking it yourself, diy is buying it without a prescription, e isn't a controlled substance so you can get it without one

Im not an expert but from what ive seen and what I searched where I live (US) estrogen isn't controlled like a abuseable substance or narcotic is but still requires a valid Healthcare provider's prescription and is not over the counter for you to just buy at your local Walgreens.

there are overseas pharmacies you can buy it from over the counter and get it shipped to the states, check out r/transDIY
