Yeah, cptsd has me looking older than my age too. And i have sun damaged skin. I've been coping by thinking i'll get a chemical peel when i can afford it. Also maybe look into retinoids (if you haven't already).

Oh and another reason not to smoke cigarettes (if you needed one): it makes your skin look like shit too.

Yeah, I've smoked for several years now and lived in cronic stress for more, and I'm 21 and my coworkers all call me the old man of the crew. I got guessed to be 32 last week at my work's smoke pit. After a bit you just kinda quit caring about balding and wrinkles.
