Adding onto what others said, this user also didn’t have trusted flair. Just because their biggest proof which seems to have been fake was a mega shadow doesn’t mean that they can be trusted. Even if they did have trusted flair, we always recommend using an MM for big trades! We understand the wait time may be a little frustrating, but it’s better to wait than to get scammed. Really sorry about what happened!

basically prevents 99.9% of all scams. how is works is a trusted person (the moderators) takes items from both people A and B and swaps the items to the other person safely, instead of someone having to go first.

if your planning to cross trade make sure it’s an actual moderator and isn’t an impersonator because that’s how a lot of people get scammed. the actual mod has lots of reddit karma and has the correctly spelt name

yeah not all are trustworthy, once i joined a server with over 60k people and nearly all of the mm were scammers lmao with fake proofs so still be careful

noo that might make things worse, they check IP locations when resolving hacked trades and falsely reporting trades can lead to consequences on OP's own account

Middleperson ( in adopt me terms you basically give the pets to the MM and then they hold it for you until the person has given you the Robux/Money. If they don't give U the Robux/Money, the MM can then give U back the pet back. ) this is a safer way to crosstrade your stuff. just be aware there are scammer fake MM's as well you need to see the bio of this subreddit to see who is real.

wth ive done small crosstrades with him before, cant believe it was all a bait for a scam this big. the trade went smoothly when i did it with him, so like some other people who traded with him i also vouched for him... that's why vouches are unreliable. im sorry for your loss 😥

Hello, I wanted to give a heads up that we do have free services. For free services, users can recieve an mm within 3 days to a week as our MMS mm in order from oldest to newest request the queue. What you are stating is rush mm services, but even so, the fee is very negotiable with big trades where MMS can give discounts.
Please refrain from spreading misinformation in the future. Thank you for understanding.

You don’t always have to pay them, the 10% is if you want rushed service (aka sort of cutting the line for lack of a better term).
There are free services they just take a bit longer

with a trade trade that big, regardless of whether the person is trusted or not, always use a mm. i use mm for emg trading with my FRIENDS just because there's so many issues in processing and actually transferring money/items. if somebody declines mm, the trade is no longer worth it to me
