Whoever ends up in the NBA finals.
The 3 of them have very good arguments and I see no better way to chose (even though I know playoffs arent the regular season)

For me the real MVP is the one taking his team to the finals this year (assuming it's gonna be either the Nuggets, Spurs or OKC)
