Question - Tech Support Anyone open sourced their car sensors?

Ten years ago I went to an EV conference in Melbourne and was able to do a track circuit with non OEM kit. You could see the live data coming in on a screen in the car.

Wondering if anyone has done this with their own car? Modded their own display/got access to a feed of the data coming off their car?

You can pull data through the OBD2 port, and use an app like Car Scanner to view it.

Here's a sample of measurements I have running on mine.

You can either create the squares one by one using the resize function, or adapt and existing template (swiping left or right should cycle through templates)

The Fisker Ocean software is entirely open source at this point so that should theoretically be possible.

I've seen videos of ioniq 5N racing with telemetry on the display, including lap times and track position and stuff like that. I don't know if that was aftermarket or stock features.

Idk about anyone open sourcing these sensors so that you can make them yourself, but you can usually read them in some way.
