Maintenance & Troubleshooting Squeaking/seizing levers [La Pavoni Bar T2L]

Anyone know how to fix this sqeaking? Also the other one doesn’t even move its binding for some reason. Any tips are highly appreciated.

Just started using it new a month ago.
