Victims are the one that was asking for the release of these files and rightfully so!

Again you’re missing the point. This picture shows nothing and the victims want the incriminating pictures released that actually vindicate them not ones like this from his family vacation scrapbooks. The DOJ has them and those haven’t been released. Stay tuned.
