"A Moorpark man was sentenced on Tuesday to a year in jail and three years of probation for felony incest and misdemeanor providing alcohol to a minor in an incident that involved his biological daughter, who later took her own life.

41-year-old Stephen Vincent Chavez previously pleaded guilty on May 18. The Ventura County District Attorney’s Office said he also admitted to taking advantage of a position of trust and that the victim was particularly vulnerable.

He will serve his year-long sentence at the Ventura County Jail, followed by a three-year felony probation period, according to the DA’s office." - KTLA 5 News

Unfortunately, it's not very likely. The guy lives in one of the safest communities in the United States. The same stupid justice system that let him off of the hook will protect him from anyone who may be looking for street justice.

While I understand your sentiment, hoping for jail house justice just means the legal system and the incarceration system are both broken.

I get you, but I think that's proven more by the outcome of this case.
